SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated time of shipping and delivery according to your country of destination can be seen at check-out cart stage of your order process.

BIEN SUR Pret A Porter collections are categorised as –  made on order/preorder  OR  In stock. Your order will be shipped and delivered accordingly; 

(1) For made on order/preorder‘ collections, the fulfilment time is between 1-3 days from when your order is received, this does not include shipping and delivery time. Shipping and delivery time frames are detailed at the checkout stage prior to placing an order.

(2) For In stock ready to ship collections the shipping time is between 1-2 days, this does not include delivery time. Shipping and delivery time frames are detailed at the checkout stage prior to placing an order.

Definitions;

*Our standard shipping time is between 1-2 days for (1) and (2) from order fulfillment and order placement.

*Fulfilment –  means the time taken to produce an item/order. All made on order, pre-order items are in this category.

*In stock – means the article/item/product is in stock ready to ship immediately. All in stock items are in this category.

*Shipping – means the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping once it is ready.

USEFUL INFORMATION;

Please note, options for shipping will be presented at the check out stage whilst placing your order and will be calculated according to country of destination along with estimated time of delivery. Estimated delivery dates presented are reasonably accurate although remain estimates and cannot be guaranteed (not including any duties or customs delays where applicable). Should there be any changes they will be updated on this page, we recommend to check this page regularly for customers placing any new orders, for orders already placed (existing orders) any other than usual notifications for delivery will be sent directly to the email address on your order confirmation where we deem a shipping update is necessary to keep you informed. At present BIEN SUR only offers standard shipping on ‘made on order’ collections and express shipping is available for pillow clutch bags unless updated otherwise. Thank you.

Despite some network delays (depending on the country of destination) , orders are currently being delivered as per our guidelines on this page. Estimated delivery times are also displayed during your order check out stages which can help our customers plan in advance as to when you can expect to receive your orders. We will also keep you informed of fulfilment and shipping after your order has been received by us via email notification. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

From order placement and confirmation of order receipt, it takes 2–4 days to fulfil an order (it may be sooner), after which it’s shipped out. Please note Covid-19 may affect your order shipping date which may occur due to unprecedented delays. You will be notified via email throughout your order journey from order placement to shipping on the progress of your order. Estimated shipping times are also displayed at the check out stage of your order. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

●  USA: 3–4 business days estimated
●  Europe: 4–8 business days estimated
●  Australia: 2–10 business days estimated
●  Japan: 4–8 business days estimated
●  International Other Destinations: 5-10 business days estimated

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

(1) For made on order/preorder‘ collections;  we work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide, your order will be shipped from the fulfilment location nearest to the destination for delivery. Print collections are designed in London by BIEN SUR PRET A PORTER. The final product is printed and then shipped by our partners nearest to the country of destination of your order (POD). Fulfilled on Made To Order. Location of shipping varies and is detailed on your order delivery.

(2) For In stock ready to ship collections;  Pillow Clutch and Hand-Held Clutch bag, all collections are Made in London, United Kingdom and are shipped from London when ordered directly from this website (BIEN-SUR-PRETAPORTER.COM).

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?

An additional customs and tax fee can or may occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I  STILL DON’T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before getting in touch with us, please do the following:

●  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

●  Ask your local post office or carrier if they have your package

●  Check if your package has been left in your ‘safe place’ or any other delivery instructions detailed on ‘unable to deliver note’ left by the courier.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or any of the above, get in touch with us at customer.care@bien-sur-pretaporter.com with your order number. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to you. 

We cannot provide a replacement order for any mistakes in the delivery address made by the buyer, if an order comes back to us as returned to sender our customer service team will be in touch via email, where no response is received from the buyer within 30 days from the day of our email the order will be closed as no response from buyer no refund will be applicable in this instance.

COVID SHIPPING OR DELIVERY DELAYS?

Covid-19 –  Although our distribution partners make every effort to ensure timely shipping and delivery within the timeframe advised upon order placement however we are all experiencing the effects of the current climate, there may be delays due to the unprecedented times with more customers shopping online. Items may become sold out until further notice and any sold out products will be updated on our site immediately. Thank you for your patience. The information on this page is subject to our standard terms and conditions. 

Please note during normal times our shipping and delivery remains the same as the above but without the added pressures of pandemic uncertainty and network delays. During normal circumstances we may revert back to more choice for our customers with two options of shipping, namely standard and express. Charges and delivery estimates will continue to be calculated automatically at the live check out stages of your orders helping our clients and customers to place orders by staying informed of their order journey to delivery.

DOES BIEN SUR PROVIDE FREE DELIVERY?

At present the option of free delivery or shipping included is not available however maybe in the near future. The RP of our collections reflect this by keeping collections accessible yet synonymous with creative design in print quality. BIEN SUR PRET A PORTER works with trying to participate in healthy environmental practices, our clients also participate towards this exchange by supporting the cost of getting your order to your doorstep at an industry competitive rate yet still ensuring all those involved in the process are taken care of in relation to logistics costs involved. BIEN SUR Pret A Porter hopes to continue in this direction. On occasion we may offer a shipping included campaign to campaign.
