HOW ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our collections and campaigns are designed in London. To create the final product we work with partner suppliers in print-on-demand drop shipping. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently considering fulfilment, shipping and best routes for delivery to the destination of order times. 


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us with your order reference and full name at customer.care@bottega-moody.com

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Although, all of our products pass a fulfilment quality check there can be exceptional circumstances that may occur. If a product arrived damaged, this can happen due to a number of reasons. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at customer.care@bottega-moody.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. More information on how to do this can be found here in our Frequently Asked Questions. In most cases the product is replaced at no cost to the customer.
